How do we estimate?
How do we estimate your project? (clear and step-by-step)
To provide a realistic figure, we consider three key factors:
Program & size
Gross floor area (m²), number of bedrooms/baths, intended uses (residential, rental, etc.), and desired quality level.
Site conditions
Topography, access, availability of water and power, soil type, and context (coastal/valley/urban).
Permitting path
CFIA digital visa, municipal building permit, and—if applicable—requirements from SETENA, AyA/ASADA (water service letter), the power utility, Fire Department, etc.
With this information, we prepare a construction cost estimate per m² and calculate Phase 1 fees—covering pre-design, architectural design, construction drawings, and the cost estimate—as a percentage of the estimated construction cost.
Important note: Figures are indicative and will be refined after the site visit and concept/schematic design. These values exclude technical studies (surveying, geotechnical, laboratory testing, etc.), building-permit fees, and any additional documentation; such items are quoted separately based on project requirements.
